Travelers meet at the meeting point.
Meeting point
The meeting point is located in the "Quinta do Outeiro" farm.
The entrance has a big dark green gate and with golden letters saying "Quinta do Outeiro" on the side (please see pictures).
A GPS should take you there easily however if you have any issues give us a call beforehand.
End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
In this experience guests can get their hands dirty by helping the chef to prepare the dishes or enjoy the show in comfort while the chef cooks.
This is followed by a presentation of the ingredients with an explanation on how to select them at the market and a conversation about the history of the dishes, their preparation and tips for success.
Guests can choose starters, main dish and desserts beforehand from a selected list or reach out to us for specific requests. A suggested wine pairing is also included (or other wines upon request).
Dinner time experiences can be booked everyday except Mondays to ensure product quality (especially the fish) unless the booking is made at least eight days in advance.
