This was the best hotel I've stayed in Portugal so far. It has all the facilities, even a bath (it is a lot for me :D). The room had a refrigerator (which wasn't the case in the first 2 hotels I've stayed). The breakfast was very plentiful and tasty.

The location was convenient to bakeries and restaurants. I am in a wheelchair. The hotel had a lift to get me in and out of hotel entrance. Unfortunately, the bath tub in the room not accessible. I requested a shower and yes, there was a shower in the bathtub! Next time I will be more specific. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff helpful. I will stay here again my next trip to Lisbon if they can arrange a room with a walk in shower.
the location is great near to metro station and to many tourist attractions. there are restaurant and grocery store near the hotel very accesible. the room we have was spacious and has a balcony.
